The contest commences on Thursday, November 13, 2001 and closes at 11:59 a.m. on Friday, November 23, 2001. Ballots received after 11:59 a.m. on Friday, November 23, 2001 will not be accepted. One entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified. 3. There will be ten (10) prizes each consisting of an Amanda Marshall poster, an autographed framed photo of Amanda Marshall, two (2) tickets to see Amanda at an exclusive industry showcase on Wednesday, November 28, 2001 at Palais Royale in Toronto. The approximate value of each grand prize is $75.00. All prizes must be accepted as awarded, with no cash substitution, and are non-transferable. Should any of the winners be unable to be contacted within 48 hours of the draw in which his/her name was selected, or upon being so contacted does not claim his/her prize by that time, or does not meet all contest conditions, his/her prize will be automatically forfeited and another eligible entry will be drawn. 4. Ten (10) entries will be drawn from all eligible at 3:00 p.m. ET on Friday, November 23, 2001. The draw will be made by a representative of Sony Music Entertainment (Canada) Inc. in Toronto. Sony Music Entertainment (Canada) Inc. will contact all eligible winners by telephone within 48 hours of the draw. 5. All entries become the property of Sony Music Entertainment (Canada) Inc. and will not be returned. E-mail addresses collected will be added to the amandamarshall.com e-mailing list, unless otherwise specified by the entrant. 6. In order to win, the selected entrant must first have complied with the rules and correctly answer, unaided, a time limited mathematical skill testing question to be administered by telephone and will be required to sign a standard declaration and release form confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the prize as awarded. 7. The contest is open to all residents of Canada excluding residents of Quebec, and excludes all employees (current and retired) of Sony Music Entertainment (Canada) Inc., their affiliates and subsidiaries, advertising agencies and their immediate families and those with whom they are domiciled. 8. The decision of the contest judges is final. Chances of winning are solely dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. 9. This contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws. Void where prohibited. 10. By entering the contest, each entrant or his/her parent(s)/legal guardian(s) if under the age of majority agrees to be bound by these rules, and consents to the use of their name, city of residence, image on videotape and/or photograph without payment or compensation, in any publicity or advertising in any medium carried out by Sony Music Entertainment (Canada) Inc. 11. No cash or prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of Sponsor. If a prize cannot be awarded due to actions or circumstances beyond the control of the Sponsors, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value will be awarded. 15. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on such winner's email address, the prize will be awarded to the registered account holder of the email address used for the purpose of such entry.
